Exchange, Cancellation, Warranty Policy
Exchage & Return Policy
Exchange or Return of the Phone is only considered if the phone has any manufacturing defects or the product delivered is not as the description mentioned during the sale. The Product has to be in the orginal form without any usage and in its orginal packing. If the phone has be used or the tag is removed or damaged then it will not be considered for the same. The Phone has to be returned within 7 Days of the delivery to the Shop address.
Cancellation Policy
The Order has to be cancelled before the shipping and dispatch. The Time would be 9.00 am of the next working day.
Warranty Policy
Warranty is considered when the product is still in its orginal condition. The Phone will be repaired free of cost during the warranty period. The Quality sticker has to be intact to be considered for a FREE Repairs. It there is any physical damage or the phone has been opened then the Warranty will be Null and Void.
